Course Description:
Join us for a calming and nurturing Gentle Slow Flow Yoga practice designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. These 50-minute sessions combine mindful movement, deep breathing, and grounding postures to support both physical and emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a softer, more meditative practice, this class invites you to slow down and create space within—without pressure or judgment.

Classes are held in person at Three Oaks Therapeutics, who have graciously donated their beautiful studio space to make these classes accessible on a donation basis. We believe that yoga should be available to everyone, and these sessions are open to all bodies, all levels, and all backgrounds.

Expect gentle transitions, time to breathe, and space to release what no longer serves you—all within a supportive, welcoming environment.

Tailored for busy professionals and remote workers, these one-on-one virtual sessions use accessible, seated yoga poses combined with intentional breathing techniques to release tension, increase circulation, and spark mental clarity. No yoga mat or change of clothes required—just a chair and a few minutes to invest in your well-being.

Perfect for midday slumps, creative blocks, or stress-filled moments when you need to recharge and get back in the zone.
