I like your office set up and I liked the 1/3 breathing. I was going to msg u the other day and tell you I struggle with box breathing sometimes. I like the candle and I like it when you say the names of poses like you do. And I liked your bit about worrying, you know its always good to hear what you said!

Taking the time to participate in chair yoga is a benefit for any employee – personally, I find it as a way to reset emotionally and mentally. The part that impressed me the most was the guided meditation at the end of our session. The pace was excellent! A+ would recommend.

Chair Yoga with Missy is the highlight of my week. The relaxing and mindful way Missy leads us through stretching movements and meditation is perfect and always very much needed after hours of sitting. The yoga sessions help me regroup physically and mentally midday. After a chair yoga session, I am much better equipped to handle any challenges or stresses in a calm and productive manner. I cannot say enough positive things about Missy and Chair Yoga.
